CHATGPT: A.I Chatbot

We are living in the era of technology where machines are employed to make our lives simpler, and time-consuming tasks can be done within a few minutes, from getting groceries delivered to your doorsteps to launching satellites into another orbit: A.I. is making things simpler. A.I. has given us so many promising results that are really astounding and have given a reflection of technological advancements that are possible in near future, CHATGPT is one of them. In the past few weeks, CHATGPT has gained immense popularity among all these and become the most talked A.I. So, let us talk more about CHATGPT, and we will understand the important points regarding this boon of A.I. Is it really a boon or a curse for the human race? We will see in this blog.

What is Generative A.I?

It is an A.I that is designed to generate new, original content from existing data provided to the system. The generated content has relevance to the provided data and it can be anything like images, text, or music.

DALLE 2 is a generative AI that creates realistic images based on existing data given to the system.

For example, if we are looking for an image of a rabbit playing football then Generative AI will generate the content (image) accordingly.

ChatGPT can help you in writing codes, fix bugs, correct grammar mistakes, develop scripts, etc. It remembers what users said earlier in the conversation and generates the responses accordingly. Since ChatGPT is in its nascent state it can produce biased or incorrect information and has limited knowledge domain related to world events that happened after 2021.

If the data provided to ChatGPT is biased or manipulated then the produced data could also be manipulated, and it can generate fake articles also.

• ·      ·      ChatGPT can be used for cheating purposes because it can easily create articles, correct grammars, write codes and what not.
• ·      Since ChatGPT can generate human written like articles, there can be some danger to journalism also. Another person can use it to rephrase an article written by someone else. For rephrasing your article you can use the regenerate response option of ChatGPT.
• ·      ChatGPT was considered as a direct threat to Google also but now Google has introduced their own chatbot known as BARD.
• ·      In Artificial Intelligence there is a concept of reinforcement learning which can be used to correct the loopholes by training ChatGPT model regularly with vast domain set of inputs. The more data will be provided to the system, the more accurate results this model will produce. 

ChatGPT is a basket of opportunities for many and a tough competitor for many tech giants. We are going to see multiple updates on this model to produce really authentic outcomes. Microsoft Bing has ChatGPT, Google has BARD and Facebook is also working on developing an A.I. conversationalist model.
